ALL overseas competitors MUST complete a Rally Jamaica Importation Invoice. Complete this form and return the original to the mailing address below. It can be sent via fax to: 876-968-9835 or email: rallyprincess@gmail.com by NO LATER than October 11, 2011.
Please DO NOT CHANGE the JMC address and information at the top of the form.
For purposes of importation competitors should send notarized documents. The forms are needed so that import licenses can be obtained for the motor vehicles and parts. Jamaican law provides stiff penalties for any vehicle shipped without the requisite import license being first obtained. Please have these documents filled in and returned by October 14, 2011.
The original completed signed and duly notarized copy MUST be sent by post to:
